A model and influencer has shared how she's spent more than $100,000 (£72,000) on plastic surgery to achieve her desired “bimbo” look.
Sapphire Saint, originally from Idaho, US, has undergone six boob jobs – two of which burst – ballooning her chest from an A to an H cup. As well, as this, she's undergone a nose job, butt implants, a cat-eye lift and indulged in so much filler and Botox that she's lost count.
One of the most astonishing chapters in Sapphire's transformation was her decision to recently have four ribs removed for a permanent corseted look.

Talking about her surgery, she commented: “Before my breast enhancements, I was an A cup. My little brothers used to tease me, saying I could wear a bra backwards because I was totally flat. Ironically, my mum encouraged me to get my first boob job; she wanted to have a bonding experience between her and me, so she said, 'Let's get our boobs done together.' I've always idolised her."
After moving to Los Angeles with only a few dollars to her name, Sapphire found a job that paid well and opened doors for her to fully embrace her evolving identity.
“A woman I passed by in the street stopped me and offered me a Saturday morning gig,” Saint recalled. “I could earn $2,000 (£1,440) for just three hours working as a spankee.”
A spankee refers to an individual who willingly participates or consents to being spanked, typically for pleasure or erotic activities. Sapphire soon discovered that people would pay handsomely for the privilege of spanking her, and she could make enough money to have more plastic surgeries.
Within a year, she was back under the knife, opting to double the size of her already enhanced assets. She said: “My first surgery was partly paid for by my sugar daddy who wanted me to have a fake look, but now I self-finance my plastic surgeries because I earn more."
As you might imagine, Sapphire's daily routine is far from ordinary. "I tend to spend two-to-three hours per day doing my hair and makeup," she shared.
Then, there's another hour dedicated to meticulously selecting her attire. With an eye for style, Sapphire's fashion choices reflect her vibrant personality and unique sense of self.
"I'll spend some time on social media and shoot some content for my fans," she added.

But not just the wardrobe and makeup make Sapphire stand out. Her tiny waist has been a talking point on social media after she underwent radical rib removal surgery in Tijuana, Mexico.
Sapphire confessed only a few doctors were willing to undertake such a daring procedure. While researching her surgeon, she encountered some negative feedback but discovered many misleading reviews.
"This time, I did my homework because of my past troubles with breast implants popping all the time," she said. "So, I decided firmly to go for plastic surgery in another country.
"I was really happy and relieved when the care I got in Tijuana after the surgery was way better than I thought. They put me in a recovery home, and they were so kind and took great care of me during my stay."
Saint added she initially wanted to have six ribs removed but was eventually persuaded by her surgeon to only remove four. The model says she isn't done with surgery yet either, and is planning more operations in the future.
