Martin Lewis’ MSE team pick out best value Amazon Black Friday deals

With thousands of deals competing for your attention, it can be hard to narrow down which are actually worth your hard-earned money.

From one of the leading dental care brands Oral B, this toothbrush features sensor technology and works alongside an app to improve brushing technique.

This premium Ninja air fryer does it all, from slow cooking to baking and of course air frying. It’s at its cheapest ever price right now, saving £100.

Play music, audiobooks and podcasts from Amazon Music, use Alexa to find out the weather or connect compatible smart devices to voice-control your home.

While some retailers produce discounts that aren’t seen throughout the rest of the year, some are constantly changing their prices, so it can be difficult to know what you should be paying.

Martin Lewis and the MoneySavingExpert team often advise on how to avoid overspending and impulse buying, and how to identify the best deals during major sale events.

Ahead of Black Friday tomorrow, the team has listed the Amazon deals they’d consider decent value for money, by comparing previous pricing to the current discounts.

The team also advises to check for price matching, as other retailers will often match the discounts, and there could be added incentives to look out for too.

The deals picked out on the MoneySavingExpert website are all at the cheapest price they’ve been on Amazon – but some have been reduced to the same price in previous sale events.

The page also notes deals that the MSE team consider to be okay, and some that they’d class as ‘duds’, which are either cheaper elsewhere or just have unimpressive discounts.

As the site prides itself on finding true bargains rather than highlighting deals that only appear to be good, the team also strongly advises shoppers ”don’t allow yourself to be taken in by the hype around Black Friday and be sucked into buying something you don’t need or can’t afford.”

Outside of Amazon, some of the other retailers MoneySavingExpert also suggests shopping for Black Friday include Argos, Currys and John Lewis’ sales.
