McDonald's has quietly rolled out a brand new "saver" breakfast meal deal nationwide, the Sun has learned – and the savings are huge.
The Maccies breakfast menu has remained largely unchanged for years, with the standard 'meal' option including a main item, drink and a hash brown.
But the fast-food chain has now quietly rolled out a brand new "Saver" breakfast meal deal where you can opt for just a main item and a hot drink.
The Sun understands the deal is available nationwide and will be in place at least until the end of the year.
As part of the deal, you can pair a regular hot drink with a Cheesy Bacon Flatbread for £2.99 or a single sausage and egg, bacon and egg or egg and cheese McMuffin with a hot drink for £3.49.
Hot drinks available with the deal include a regular flat white, latte, cappuccino, black/white coffee or hot chocolate.

If you opted for a single McMuffin and a regular latte you would save £2.29 – or 40% – by using the deal rather than buying the items separately, while you would save 89p with the flatbread offer.
However, there is a catch. You need to use the McDonald's app in order to get the deal and it's only available for pickup, so you won't be able to get it delivered.
The new breakfast deal isn't the only big change to the iconic fast food chain's menu this month.
Last week, McDonald's launched its new hot drinks range and fans were impressed by the new flavours on offer.
