The five second clip, which has reached 2 million views in the platform, showed the brothers sat on a white hospital bed.
Blonde Benjamin sits on the bed wearing a black t-shirt with the label ‘middle child’ in white font while newborn Theo, who sported a beige hat adorned similar kit, with his top saying ‘little bro’.
The adorable middle child, who was 20 months old at the time of the clip, pushed his little brother Theo away – and it appears the newborn can feel the rejection as he begins to stir.
Third-grade teacher Alex, 30, told Today she was surprised her son was reacting so well to Theo’s arrival – but then she caught the hilarious push on camera which proved he wasn’t quite as cool about the new arrival as he may have seemed at first.
She said: ‘I think part of it is Benjamin didn’t realize what was in my belly. Even when he walked into the hospital room, he didn’t notice the baby.
‘He hadn’t seen me and his dad in two days and he was so excited. Then he saw Theo and was like, ‘What is happening?”
