It could be a good time to start your Christmas shopping, as Amazon Prime Day is almost upon us.
In the lead-up to the festive season, the giant online retailer slashes the prices of thousands of products.
This year Amazon Prime Day is being held between 00.01am on October 13 and 11.59pm on October 14, and as the name suggests, it’s only for Amazon Prime members.
But Martin Lewis' Money Saving Expert website has shared a cunning way to help customers get access to the deals for free.
The Money Saving Expert has explained a cunning way to get access to the deals for free, as long as you’ve never had a trial before.
Amazon Prime membership usually costs £79 a year, or £7.99 a month.
But, as the website explained: “If you've not had an Amazon Prime account before, sign up to its free 30-day trial and you'll be eligible for Prime Day deals.
“Just make sure you cancel before the trial is over if you don't want to continue membership (set yourself a reminder), otherwise you'll be charged. Students get six months' free Prime and 50% off full membership.”

But if you want to avoid being charged, you have to remember to cancel before your trial is over.
The website recommends setting yourself a reminder to cancel, so you don’t forget.
The Money Saving Expert website also urges you to do your research before buying – Amazon isn’t always the cheapest option.
It adds: “Also look out for price-matching from retailers such as AO.com, Argos, Currys and John Lewis, who may offer free extras such as a longer guarantee on some products.”

You can still claim your £10 credit, if you buy something worth £10 from an independent seller up until October 12.
You can check all the eligible businesses here.
Amazon explains: “From September 29 to October 12, spend £10 on small business products and earn £10 to spend on Prime Day. This offer is exclusively for Prime Members.”
