A controversial adult star admitted she was "insecure" about her "bowling ball" boobs after she gave birth to her son.
Kelly Kay, who had a baby just eight months after getting together with late college football player Spencer Webb, has now returned to adult work, but only after she had to come to terms with the changes to her body.
Oregon tight end Webb died in July last year, at the age of just 22, after a freak cliff-diving accident.

Kelly, who witnessed the fatal accident, was in the early stages of pregnancy at the time, and admitted her grief meant she doesn't really remember the first few months.
"The pregnancy was second to the worst thing that's ever happened to me besides that day," she said.
"I don't remember the first probably five or six months," Kelly told People Magazine. "A trauma brain is real, and in between morning sickness from being pregnant and just being depressed and not eating, it was super, super hard."
Now, Kelly has returned to OnlyFans, with an explicit sex scene about a “mommy doing laundry”, but she said she wasn't always as confident about her body after she gave birth.
"I was very insecure about my boobs after having a baby,” she told the OnlyStans podcast.
'People said I wasn't sexy enough to shoot adult films – now I'm award-winning star'
"They get really big because they're full of milk and then when you decide to stop breastfeeding, you have to do all these crazy things to relieve yourself of the milk to dry it up.
"So I was wrapping myself with bandages, with cabbage on my t**s, I was taking Sudafed like it was f*****g candy. You get to a place where you’re engorged.
"I didn’t get stretch marks until I got engorged – they were like f*****g bowling balls, they were bigger than my head.
'I make millions from sex tapes – dates are intimidated and say I'm a sl*t'
"You have to do this crazy stuff to get the milk to dry up, and when that happened, I feel like my boobs sagged a little and there's a few stretch marks.
“But I think stretch marks are amazing, it shows motherhood, it shows strength”.
Kelly has named her baby Spider, in honour of Webb, but some members of the football star’s family have challenged her claim that he’s the father.
Webb’s step-brother issued a statement to the Sacramento Bee claiming that the family had hoped Kelly would take a DNA test to confirm who Spider’s father was, but that she was “unwilling to compromise.”
'I bonked Playboy boss Hugh Hefner with A-cup boobs – his girlfriends hated me'
“There’s two sides to every story and there’s a lot of family drama that I shouldn’t even have to bring up, it's nobody’s business,” Kelly hit back on Instagram.
“I’m not trying to put my dead baby daddy’s family drama out there like that.
“I have amazing relationships with Spencer’s mom and sisters. I worked with Spencer’s mom and an attorney to get a legal DNA test in order to get Spencer’s name on the birth certificate. We did that, me and his mom, and Spider did the DNA test.
“Obviously it's his kid, you can look at him and tell it’s his kid.”
'I've made 70 adult films after ditching 9-5 job – but can never watch them back'
Kelly says that she knows Webb would approve of her return to the adult industry, as well as looking for love again in the future.
"I was very nervous that widows are expected to remain widows forever," she said.
"But I'm still alive, I'm still on this Earth and I have to provide for my child and I have to be happy so that my child is happy.
"I know Spencer would look down and want me to have somebody that is going to love me and love my son and help me succeed in every area of my life."
