Primark worker warns customer favourite will soon be discontinued – and shoppers are NOT happy

- Customers are devastated by the loss and have raided the stores shelves already
From sequined shower caps to soothing foot masks, Primark’s beauty section has something for everyone.
But one Primark worker has revealed a customer favourite is soon to be taken off the shelves and shoppers are devastated.
In a bid to be more ‘sustainable’, the employee said that Primark will discontinue its 50p ‘Super Soft’ round cosmetic pads.
Primark have since confirmed they plan to ‘phase out’ the disposable cotton pads, saying they want ‘to do more to reduce waste.’
Shoppers are distraught by the loss, and have rushed to Primark to stock up on the packs of 120 cotton pads, with one customer spending approximately £29.

‘As a result, we are phasing out the sale of disposable cotton pads from our stores over the coming months and replacing them with a range of reusable pads for makeup removal and cleansing.’

But despite their options, TikTokers have not taken to the news well, and a number have posted their reactions to the app.
