Therefore, before his mainstream success as a Hollywood actor, he was already a millionaire from his real estate investments. The early investments paid off, as the “Terminator” star still owns much of the commercial properties on Main Street in Santa Monica, California, putting his real estate value at over $100 million and his net worth at $400 million.
