Neighbours is back and fans are already stunned by some of the unexpected twists and turns.
The beloved Aussie soap was controversially axed by Channel 5 last year, with an explosive final episode airing in July featuring some of the show’s biggest ever stars, including including Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Margot Robbie and Guy Pearce.
But following an outcry from fans, Amazon Freevee bought the rights and has resurrected Neighbours for a new era, which picks up the action two years on.
Neighbours: The Return launched this week in a very familiar location and many fans are wondering where the new series is filmed.
Let’s find out.
Pin Oak Court, Melbourne
The original Ramsay Street was filmed in a cul-de-sac known as Pin Oak Court, in Vermont South, Melbourne, where homeowners allowed them to film exterior shots and on their front lawns.
Fans were thrilled to learn that producers of the Neighbours reboot had agreed with residents to return to the same street.
