A woman and her friend have been praised for calling out a “creepy” man after he had apparently been caught following them and secretly taking photos.
The pair had been told by a passer-by at an airport that the man had been secretly snapping them.
In a video posted by one of the girl's, Bailey, to TikTok, they can be seen approaching him inside the terminal as the message “creepy man caught following us and taking pictures of us” pops up on screen.
“Were you taking photos of us?” one asks him, which he immediately denies.
Unconvinced, the woman asks to see his camera roll but he tries to walk away.
“Why can’t we see your camera roll if you weren’t taking pictures of us?” she asks.
He sheepishly replies: “Oh, no, don’t worry about it.” But his story starts to unravel when he says: “I’ll get rid of it.”
“Sir, it’s really weird to take pictures of females in public without their permission, you should never do that again,” one of the women says.
People walking past inside the packed terminal can be seen turning around to see what the commotion is.
“Imagine if we were your daughter or someone,” she continues.
She then instructs him to delete the supposed photos in front of them.
The video pans to show the man’s phone screen and the woman says: “I see the photos right there, delete them.”
She claims there are five pictures of her and her friend and watches as he deletes them.
The woman then humiliates him, saying: “Anybody recognize this man? Is this somebody’s dad who takes pictures of females in public.
“I’ll call you out any day because that’s f***ing weird. Don’t do that again.”
The video has been seen a staggering 4.3 million times since being posted by user @bailzherb two days ago.
It was captioned: “I know some people won’t understand why we are so upset/mad but this happens WAY too often and it’s violating and creepy.”
