Zara McDermott reunited with boyfriend Sam Thompson just in time for her 27th birthday celebrations, and the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner made sure to pull out all the stops for her big day.
Zara, who turned 27 on 14 December, had spent weeks apart from Sam, 31, as he'd been out in Australia taking part in I'm A Celeb and she'd been unable to join him in Oz due to work commitments.
However, the couple, who have been dating for four years, finally reunited on Wednesday, 13 December, with Sam making it back just in time to celebrate Zara's birthday with her.
Making up for lost time, Sam whisked Zara away to The Ritz for a champagne-filled afternoon. The couple got glammed up for the festive outing together and posed for photographs in front of the venue's iconic Christmas tree.
Zara looked incredible in a black studded mini dress paired with pointed heels and tights, while Sam looked worlds away from his time in the Australian jungle as he sported a suit, featuring a stylish double breasted blazer.
Zara shared photos of her and Sam sharing a toast, with the couple enjoying champagne as they took in their surroundings.
Earlier in the day, Sam took Zara into London to pick out her birthday present, with the Strictly star coming away with a lavish Bottega Veneta handbag, which costs between £1,880 and £5,550.
Sharing a photo posing with her new bag, Zara gushed : "Oh she's a stunning girl [green heart emoji]. Thank you so much goose!!!!!!!!! And we are heading to the ritz tonight for dinner!!! How exciting!! Best birthday ever! [red heart emoji]".
The 27 year old also excitedly told fans the bag is her "first Bottega" in a second post, which showed her posing for a selfie in a shop.
Zara's celebrations didn't stop there, as she'd also enjoyed a meal out with her family, which appeared to have taken place prior to Sam's return to the UK.
The former Islander could be seen showing off her incredible Strictly Come Dancing-themed birthday cake in photos from the gathering. The two-tier cake featured colourful feathers and dozens of silver disco balls in a nod to the BBC One show, which Zara took part in alongside pro dancer Graziano Di Prima, with the pair being eliminated during Halloween week.
More photos from Zara's celebrations appeared to show her enjoying an evening with friends, including Sam's older sister Louise Thompson, 33.
To round off her celebrations, Zara spent the evening of her birthday with boyfriend Sam, Louise, her partner Ryan Libbey and their one year old son Leo.
Work pals delivered some sweet treats to Zara and she could be seen heating them up with Louise in videos shared to Instagram, before spending some time with Leo.
