CHELSEA qualified for the Champions League last 16 with a 2-1 win over Lille.
The Blues finish second behind Valencia after steaming into a two-goal lead through Tammy Abraham and Cesar Azpilicueta but being handed a nervous last ten minutes by old boy Loic Remy.
Meanwhile, on the transfer front, Chelsea have been handed a boost in their bid to sign former player Nathan Ake after Eddie Howe revealed Bournemouth would not be able to hold onto him.

CHELSEA are in a battle with Man City and Liverpool for the incredible signing of Neymar, according to reports.
Le Parisien claims the Brazilian, 27, could wind up in the Premier League next summer as he looks to force through a Parc des Princes exit.
It’s reckoned Chelsea, City and Liverpool have all been in touch with Neymar’s representatives.
And there is additional interest from Real Madrid and Juventus.
However, Barcelona remain favourites to re-sign Neymar after selling him to PSG for a world-record £198million fee in 2017.
Ligue 1 winner Thomas Tuchel is willing to sell the rebellious forward and could even drop his £250m asking price to get a deal over the line.
PSG have already identified Liverpool ace Sadio Mane as Neymar’s replacement.
CHELSEA will be looking to replace Eden Hazard's goalscoring and creativity in January, says Frank Lampard.
The boss said: “There will be discussions about where we can strengthen.
“The transfer window will be a bit fluid.
“It is quite clear in the summer we lost Eden Hazard who has been a huge part of scoring and creating for us in the last few seasons.
“We need more competition in those creative areas.”
CHELSEA are ready to make a big-money move for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, according to reports.
Boss Frank Lampard is stepping up his chase to sign an attacking player in January after their transfer ban was overturned.
The Blues haven't been able to replace Eden Hazard who left for Real Madrid in the summer.
But after being given the green light to spend around £150million in January, Lampard has drawn up a shortlist of targets.
According to the Guardian, Zaha is right at the top after being told he can leave the club if they receive an offer in the region of £80m.
CHELSEA'S next test will come against Bournemouth.
Frank Lampard's men are currently fourth in the Premier League after picking up 29 points from their first 16 games.
MARIO MELCHIOT has warned Frank Lampard against rushing into signing players.
The ex-Chelsea defender told talkSPORT: “Overall, it's a great young team and everybody wants to play for the side, and that comes down to what Frank and Jody [Morris] have done – everybody wants to play for them.
“Now the ban has lifted, if they start going back to what they did before and forget what they have achieved this season, that would not be smart.”
