Supporters turned against the club owner this month when it was confirmed the Gunners have no spare cash for transfers.
Kroenke, who moved the Rams to LA in 2016, sits on a personal fortune of £7billion.
But the American was the only Premier League club owner to not have invested his own money into their club in the past decade.
And furious fans flocked to Twitter after the Rams beat New Orleans Saints to set up the blockbuster match against New England Patriots.
One said: "Kroenke's NFL team is in the Super Bowl, the final. I don't watch NFL but I am supporting their opponents with all of my heart."
While another added: "My husband tells me I'm going for the @Patriots because we're Arsenal fans… sorry @RamsNFL."
And one Twitter user brutally concluded: "The worst part about this Super Bowl is Stan Kroenke."
The Super Bowl will be taking place on February 3 at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
But Arsenal fans will be more concerned about the lack of signings at the Emirates during the January transfer window.
Emery confirmed earlier this month that he is only able to sign players on loan because the club has no funds available.
But the Gunners boss has insisted that he wanted to make at least two signings to bolster his squad.
Barcelona star Denis Suarez has emerged as the club's top target and he fuelled speculation when he liked an Arsenal Instagram post.
