CHELSEA defender Malang Sarr is wanted by Monaco and Fulham, according to reports.
A possible season-long loan deal with an option to buy is being discussed with Sarr preferring a move back to his native France, claims Fabrizio Romano.
Monaco are therefore the favourites to sign the 23-year-old.
They finished 3rd in Ligue 1 last year and can therefore offer him Champions League football.
Fulham reportedly submitted a bid for Sarr with boss Marco Silva a big admirer of the Frenchman but they could be snubbed by him.
Sarr, who is predominately a centre-back but can also fill in at left-back, has played for Chelsea 21 times.
