ENGLAND take on India in the first of three ODIs of the summer at The Oval on Tuesday, as the tourists' tour of England gets into its last leg.
Jos Buttler will take charge of his first ODI series since taking over as permanent captain from Eoin Morgan.
The series sees two of the top four ranked sides in the world go head to head with India in fourth and England in second, though the hosts go into the game as the reigning world champions.
India, who are fresh from winning the T20I series 2-1, are odds-on favourites with the bookies' for Tuesday's clash in London, priced at 4/5 to pick up the win with Sky Bet and Betfair.
A win for England has odds at evens.
Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow are being welcomed back into the white-ball side for the first time under Matthew Mott, and are both being tipped to take their outstanding red-ball form into the one day format.
The Yorkshire pair are both priced at 3/1 with Sky Bet to top score for the hosts tomorrow.
New white-ball captain Buttler are Betfair and Paddy Power's favourites to top score for England however at 13/5.
Buttler's opposing captain Rohit Sharma, who is ranked as the fourth best ODI batter in the world currently, is the bookies' favourite to top score for the tourists.
Sky Bet are offering 10/3 for the opener to be the Indian top scorer on Tuesday, with Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli also tipped at the same odds.
William Hill are tipping left arm seamer Reece Topley to carry over his good T20I form in the ODI format, pricing him as the most likely to take the most wickets for England at 10/3.
Topley, who will be playing on his home ground, was given the man of the match award for his 3/22 in England's win over India in Nottingham on Sunday.
Betfair make Jasprit Bumrah the favourite to be India's top wicket taker at 5/2.
