FORMULA ONE is set to take over Las Vegas this weekend for the most highly-anticipated race of the year.
The iconic Vegas strip has been completely transformed into a high-speed circuit ahead of the prestigious event, with 100,000 spectators expected to attend each day.
A number of additional features have also been introduced exclusively to mark the historic weekend – including a star-studded opening ceremony which will feature performances from the likes of John Legend, Tiësto, will.i.am and Thirty Seconds to Mars.
However, one never-before-seen addition has caused a stir among fans.
Las Vegas GP organisers have built a wedding chapel in the paddock for fans that wish to get married during the weekend.
The chapel – appropriately named 'Race To The Altar' – has a feature wall adorned in flowers along with a sign that reads: "Lights Out And Together We Go."

One person took to X to write: "This is going to be the cringiest GP ever."
Another added: "When we thought it couldn't get more cringe than Miami… We've reached a new low with Las Vegas."
