FANS were left in hysterics as Manchester United icon Andy Cole made a hilarious blunder during last night’s Carabao Cup draw.
Cole joined ex-Chelsea ace Izzy Christiansen to decide the quarter-final ties after the Red Devils lost 3-0 at home to another of his former clubs, Newcastle.
With eight teams to be drawn, Christiansen and Cole set about pairing the sides with each other.
But the latter committed a hilarious faux pas when taking out ball No6.
United icon Cole paused as he flipped it around in his hand, struggling to determined whether it was a No6 or a No9.
That’s despite the bottom of the No6 being underlined — as well as the fact there were only eight teams in the draw.

Cole looked puzzled as he said: “Is it this way?”
This prompted host Mark Chapman to laugh: “It is that way.
“Mainly because hopefully there are only eight balls Andy.
“If there’s a nine in there we’re in big trouble.”
