FREDDIE Flintoff has shown off his trademark power by smashing sixes into the stands in training – a year on from his Top Gear crashes.
The former cricket star was spotted in the nets ahead of England's fourth T20 international against the West Indies today.
Ashes hero Freddie made his name as a big hitter, and now works with the England squad as a coach.
During training he whacked several sixes into the stands, drawing whoops of admiration from players.
There were still signs on Freddie's face of the horror injuries the brave star suffered after narrowly surviving a 130mph Top Gear smash.
Flintoff, 45, suffered facial injuries and broken ribs in the 130mph crash in an open-topped three-wheel Morgan Super 3, but has since returned to public life.

Freddie helped train England for the side's clash with New Zealand this summer, and has stayed on as a coach.
Last month he travelled with the England Lions to the UAE for a training camp.
The cricket legend will be the head coach for the Northern Superchargers in The Hundred next year, his first big coaching role.
England head into tomorrow's game 2-1 down in the five-match West Indies series.

They will need to stage a come back in the last two matches to win the contest.
A victory would ease the pressure on captain Jos Buttler and embattled head coach Matthew Mott.
But the camp appeared to be relaxed yesterday – with brave Freddie all smiles.
In November Freddie's Top Gear co-star Chris Harris has said that the details of the crash will never be revealed.
Appearing on BBC Breakfast, Harris said: "I think he's healing. It was a serious incident.
"I'm not going say any more than that. I'm so proud of the fact that team Top Gear kept everything quiet and we were dignified.
"There is nothing out there about what happened and there won't be.
"There's no mole in the organisation. I'm really, really proud of that.
"As long as he's healing, it's great to see him out and about being passionate about cricket.

The BBC has reached a reported £9million financial settlement with Flintoff following the crash.
