KATE ABDO has shot to fame over the last few years with her presenting of CBS Sports' Champions League coverage in the US.
Her banter with Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards means not a week goes by without a clip of their analysis going viral.
And it's helped make Abdo a household name – both in the UK and the US.
Her rise to the top has seen her take on a range of roles, includinga stint on UK screens with Sky Sports News in the mid 2010s.
The multilingual Abdo has been a rising star in broadcasting since her first job in 2005.
She worked for Germans Deutsche Welle, before scoring a job at Goal! The Bundesliga Magazine.

Eventually she was given a presenting job with DW in 2009, hosting coverage in German and English.
After a stint at CNN, Adbo left for Sky Sports Germany where she appeared on pay per view boxing events, European football coverage, transfer deadline day and Sky Sports News shows.
She worked in the US for Fox Sports, but it's with CBS Sports that she has become a star around the world.
That's particularly down to her on-screen chemistry with fellow presenters Henry, Carragher and Richards which often sees them divulge stories from their past.

When a mock-up of Abdo in a Gregg's uniform was put on screen she said: "I wasn't dripping Louis Vuitton quite as much back then."
That was before saying "My breasts have never been that big." as she reacted to the photoshopped picture – much to the pundits' amusement.
Viewers have also loved the way Abdo has ribbed her fellow presenters in the past.
Richards is a particular target for the sharp-witted presenter, with the two of them used to going back and forth.
The presenter provided what fans called a "hall of fame burn" when she gave Richards a less than favourable introduction for the Champions League final.
And she was also on hand to make use of her fluent Spanish to explain that Lionel Messi had DM'd Jamie Carragher to call him a "donkey".
