Harriet Robson was seen smiling in the sunshine in a photo shared on her Instagram.
Greenwood completed his loan move to the Spanish club on deadline day last week after mutually agreeing with United that his future lay away from the club.
Greenwood and Ms Robson have had a child together, with the player announcing the birth in July.
Charges against Greenwood were dropped in February. United carried out their own internal investigation before ultimately deciding it was best for Greenwood to play his football elsewhere.

Getafe have now signed the forward, and his partner is set to be pitchside when he is unveiled in front of the club’s fans on Tuesday evening.
She has posted pictures on her Instagram story to her 725,000 followers of herself smiling at Getafe’s home ground – where the presentation is set to take place – plus a Getafe shirt with the word ‘daddy’ on the back and the number 12. This is the number Greenwood is set to wear this season.
Getafe have been hailing their new signing on social media, posting a video of fans queuing up for pictures with the 21-year-old.
They labelled the video ‘The MasonMania’, which has received criticism online from fans left unhappy by Getafe’s choice to promote Greenwood so positively.
One fan accused Getafe’s social media activity of being ‘tone deaf’, while another claimed the club have ‘zero shame’.
The Spanish outfit have also been slammed for declaring Greenwood ‘innocent’, despite the charges against him being dropped.
Greenwood has already trained with his new team-mates, and Getafe posted a separate video on Tuesday morning with the caption ‘right or left?’ after he scored with both feet in training.

Greenwood has not played a competitive match since December 2021, but his sharp finishing in the training clip indicated he could get some game time at Getafe in the not-too-distant future.
Getafe have picked up four points from their opening four matches this term, and came within seconds of earning a point against Real Madrid on Saturday, only for Jude Bellingham to net a stoppage-time winner.
The team have scored just two goals this season, and are in need of some extra firepower in front of goal, which could see them turn to Greenwood sooner or later.
Greenwood played 129 games for United, scoring 35 goals, prior to being suspended by the club following the disturbing allegations made against him.
