MAX VERSTAPPEN has revealed that his sister was also a racing driver and had the "same amount of talent" he had as a child.
Victoria-Jane is the two-time world champion's younger sister and he thinks she may have had the ability to become the first ever female Formula One star.
Verstappen, 25, is two years older than his sibling and both used to race as children.
Driving runs in the family with their father Jos a former F1 driver, who used to represent the likes of Benetton, Arrows and Minardi.
He used to take his two kids to the karting track but despite both's talent, Victoria was never as motivated as her brother.
Verstappen told RaceFans: "There were a few instances where my dad would spend two days preparing everything like he would do with me, making sure everything was perfect for her to drive.

"Then she would drive for like 20 laps, and then she’s like ‘That’s it for me for today’. And then my dad would get quite annoyed.
"I think she had a lot of potential. I think my sister probably had the same amount of talent as I had when I was little, but she just didn’t want it enough.
"She liked it but not enough to fight for it, be fit, be ready. That’s fine, as long as you realise that.
"My dad was mainly focused on me. I was 100 per cent sure that my dad would have gone all the way for her as well.

"But my dad didn’t feel it, she didn’t want it enough."
Victoria has her own clothing brand called "Unleash the Lion", which she runs closely with Verstappen.
She is in a relationship with Tom Heuts and the couple have two sons named Luka and Lio.
The family were in attendance at both the recent Dutch and Belgian Grand Prixs.
Verstappen has won the last ten races in a row to smash the F1 record for most consecutive wins.
