ERIK TEN HAG handed Diogo Dalot a new position in Manchester United’s thrilling 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest.
But fans were less convinced, with many saying “let this be the final time we see this.”
United were given a major fright by Forest at Old Trafford today.
The visitors raced into the lead after just two minutes through Taiwo Awoniyi.

But it left teammate Lisandro Martinez exposed, giving Forest plenty of opportunity to attack the wing.
And fans urged Ten Hag to rethink his tactics should Dalot remain at left-back for United’s next game against Arsenal.
One said: “Let this be the final time I see Dalot at LB.”
Another declared: “If we’re relying on Dalot against Saka next game the score line will be spooky.”
One noted: “Alvaro Fernandez can’t be worse than Dalot.”
But one supporter reckoned the new role suited Dalot, saying: “He has been cooking whilst inverted.”
