  • GOOD MORNING FOOTY FANS

Arsenal star Dani Ceballos says he is “very happy” at the club amid uncertainty about his future.

The Spaniard has been on a season-long loan at the Emirates from parent club Real Madrid.

He told Sky Sports: “The truth is I'm very happy at Arsenal.

“It's a club in which I already have a year of experience, so it would be very easy to return.

“I wouldn't have to adapt to a new league or new club with a different manager and players. I think it would be a good step for me.”

Meanwhile, Manchester United are interested in signing Valencia midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia, according to reports.

The 27-year-old is one of EIGHT first-team stars that the LaLiga side could sell this summer in order to aid their precarious looking financial situation.

And according to FootMercato, the former France international “dreams” of a move to the Premier League.

They also claim that Tottenham Hotspur are considering a move for the former Sevilla, AS Monaco and Inter Milan star.

In other news, Gareth Bale will not quit Real Madrid but Zinedine Zidane simply “does not want to play him”, the Welshman's agent has confirmed.

Bale, 31, was stuck on the bench for most of Real's title-winning campaign.

Long-term agent Jonathan Barnett told BBC Sport: “Gareth is fine. He has two years left on his contract.

“He likes living in Madrid and he is going nowhere.

“He is still as good as anyone else in the team. It's up to Zinedine Zidane.

  • CHERRY PICKING

Manchester City have made their first move in their bid to land Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake.

Pep Guardiola is on the look-out for at least one – and possibly two – new centre-backs this summer.

And he is a long-term admirer of the versatile Dutch ace, 25, – who could also fill in at full-back.

While no bid has yet been lodged, it is believed an approach from City has gone into the relegation-threatened Cherries.

  • GUEN THEN

Axed Arsenal duo Mesut Ozil and Matteo Guendouzi have been warned: Show your team-mates you are worth keeping.

Ahead of Tuesday night’s trip to Aston Villa, Arteta said: “It’s not just me that needs to give a green light. Everybody has to be supportive.

“Without that support it’s very uncomfortable.

“If you show you have decided to do the best not only for yourself but for the club, I think everyone will welcome you.

“I sense great chemistry at the moment. They’re all on board and they can rely on each other.

“Most important on the pitch is they know what to expect from each other, not a flick of a coin with a few players.”

  • HIGH FIVE

David De Gea is walking a tightrope at Manchester United.

The club's highest paid player – who signed a new £375,000-a-week deal last September – has made a series of shocking blunders.

With his future up in the air – despite the backing of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer – here are five keepers who could replace De Gea.

  • JU BEAUTY

Juventus have made contact with a representative of Mauricio Pochettino, according to reports.

The Old Lady currently top Serie A under ex-Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, ahead of the final four games of the season.

But the 61-year-old's job is under threat, with Juve's performances having regressed from previous years under Massimiliano Allegri.

And according to La Stampa, club chiefs have already begun sounding out former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino as Sarri's potential replacement.

  • TURKISH DELIGHT

Mesut Ozil has reportedly been handed a career lifeline by Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir.

The newly-crowned Super Lig champions already boast a number of ex-Premier League stars including Demba Ba, Martin Skrtel and Gael Clichy

And he looks to have slipped even further down the pecking order since Mikel Arteta’s arrival.

Indeed, Ozil has featured just 18 times this season, yielding one sole goal.

And with only a year left on his £350,000-a-week contract, Arsenal are keen to get him off their wage bill.

  • STAT'S GOTTA HURT

Mario Gotze's sad end to his Borussia Dortmund career just got that bit worse.

The World Cup winner beat Arsenal target Philippe Coutinho in a brutal players' poll to find the Bundesliga's biggest “disappointment”.

Dortmund are offloading Gotze as his contract ends this summer following a dramatic slump in form since his return from rivals Bayern Munich four years ago.

And having won three Bundesliga crowns, the 28-year-old has now finished off with a domestic nomination he certainly did not want.

German top-flight players put Gotze way ahead of his rivals on 30 per cent in their list of flops.

  • RUN OF THE MIL

Inter Milan are reportedly hoping to sign Chelsea star Emerson for a bargain price.

However, Antonio Conte has accepted he will receive no favours from his old side after a disastrous fallout two years ago.

Tuttosport claims Emerson, 25, is a target for Inter this summer as Conte looks to rebuild his five-man defence.

Achraf Hakimi has already been snapped up from Real Madrid to become Inter’s new right wing-back.

And Emerson is wanted to slot in on the left after falling out of favour under Frank Lampard.

  • GET EM IN

Ex-Arsenal boss Unai Emery is set to take the reins at Spanish side Villarreal.

Current boss Javi Calleja is set to leave the La Liga side despite leading them to a Europa League place this season.

Marca report that Emery has already been signed up to replace him at the Estadio de la Ceramica.

The 48-year-old has been out of work since he was sacked by the Gunners earlier this season.

  • DAN PLAN

Arsenal star Dani Ceballos says he is “very happy” at the club amid uncertainty about his future.

The Spaniard has been on a season-long loan at the Emirates from parent club Real Madrid.

He told Sky Sports: “The truth is I'm very happy at Arsenal.

“It's a club in which I already have a year of experience, so it would be very easy to return.

“I wouldn't have to adapt to a new league or new club with a different manager and players.

“I think it would be a good step for me.”

  • KON ARTISTS

Manchester United are interested in signing Valencia midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia, according to reports.

The 27-year-old is one of EIGHT first-team stars that the LaLiga side could sell this summer in order to aid their precarious looking financial situation.

According to FootMercato, the former France international “dreams” of a move to the Premier League.

They also claim that Tottenham Hotspur are considering a move for the former Sevilla, AS Monaco and Inter Milan star.

  • SARR SUBJECT

Arsenal have been dealt a major blow in their pursuit of Malang Sarr with the player reportedly being eyed up by clubs in Germany and Italy.

The 21-year-old is available on a free transfer after failing to extend his contract at French outfit Nice, leading to a host of teams vying to secure his signature.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has taken to Twitter to state the French youth international is in talks with clubs from Germany and Italy.

Romano was asked by one fan on any updates on the futures of Sarr as well as fellow Arsenal target Dayoy Upamecano.

But it was bad news on both front for the Gunners, as he said: “No updates abt (sic) Upamecano mate.

“And Malang Sarr is in talks with Bundesliga/Serie A clubs.”

  • WE MIN BUSINESS

Manchester United are ready to hand Paul Pogba a new contract with agent Mino Raiola “waiting” for an offer, according to reports.

The Frenchman admitted last summer that he would like to have a “new challenge somewhere else”.

A move to Real Madrid or Juventus did not subsequently materialise, however, keeping him at Old Trafford for another year.

Pogba, 27, was then hardly a feature for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men for most of the campaign – featuring only eight times prior to coronavirus lockdown because of injury.

Since the Premier League's restart, however, it's been a different story, with Man United's No6 having appeared in every single match.

And according to Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils are keen to extend Pogba's contract – which currently has a year left to run, although the club do already possess the option for another.

  • 'FREY AT THE SEAMS

Manchester United could pounce on Geoffrey Kondogbia, with Valencia ready to push the wantaway Frenchman out of the exit door.

The 27-year-old is dreaming of a move to Old Trafford, according to Foot Mercato.

And Valencia are ready to let the defensive midfielder walk out of the Mestalla for a not-too hefty price.

If United qualify for the Champions League after finishing in the top four, they may be in need of an out-and-out holding midfielder, despite tying Nemanja Matic down till 2023.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is known to want Aston Villa star Jack Grealish, who has also attracted interest from Manchester City.

  • SUS-SED OUT

Sevilla have exercised their loan-to-buy option on AC Milan winger Suso.

The Spain international, 26, has been on loan at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium this season and part of the deal was for him to return to Spain.

Former Liverpool ace Suso has been at Milan since 2015, but it has not worked out at the San Siro.

He has also been loaned to Genoa during his five-year stint under Rossoneri ownership.

  • MARK ON THE PAPER

West Ham captain Mark Noble has penned a new two-year contract.

The 33-year-old was due to become a free agent next summer when his current deal expired.

Now he will be staying past his 35th birthday at the London Stadium after inking an extension until the summer of 2022.

Manager David Moyes and the West Ham owners were keen to get Noble tied down.

Moyes hinted at the contract extension before the Watford game.

He said: “He’s been a one-club man and served the club incredibly well.

“Since being a young player to where he is now – still leading the group, still very vocal, still playing very well. Long may it continue.”

Gareth Bale’s agent Jonathan Barnett has revealed the Welsh winger will not be going anywhere this summer.

He said: “Gareth is fine. He has two years left on his contract. He likes living in Madrid and he is going nowhere.

“He is still as good as anyone else in the team. It's up to [Real Madrid manager] Zinedine Zidane.

“Of course here's been interest but there's hardly a club in the world which can afford him.

“It's a great loss that he's not in the Real Madrid team at the moment but he will not leave.”

  • PARTEY POOPERS

Arsenal have put a bid for Thomas Partey on hold as they await the outcome of his contract talks with Atletico Madrid.

According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, the Gunners are on standby as Partey dicusses a potential new deal with Atleti.

The 27-year-old midfielder has long been linked with a switch to the Emirates.

The Ghanaian ace currently has a release clause of £45million and could be part of Mikel Arteta‘s summer squad overhaul.

But Diego Simeone‘s side are locked in talks with the player over a new contract which could see both his release clause and wages double.

Victor Osimhen is on the verge of joining Napoli, according to L’Equipe.

The striker has 18 goals and six assists in all competitions this season.

Napoli are set to sell Kalidou Koulibaly this summer and his sale can fund the Osimhen transfer, should they find a suitable buyer.

According to the French publication, Osimhen, 21, will sign a SIX YEAR contract at the San Paolo.

The Nigerian is being tipped as one of European football’s hottest properties and has attracted interest from England’s biggest clubs as well as the Serie A side.

  • ON THE 'BLAK BURNER

Chelsea have NOT launched a move for Jan Oblak – and Atletico Madrid have no intention of selling if they do.

The Blues are believed to be looking to offload Kepa Arrizabalaga this summer.

And rumours are mounting they were planning to table a £90million swoop for the Slovenia international.

However, sports journalist Fabrizio Romano has claimed the LaLiga giants have not received a bid for the stopper.
