TOTTENHAM have HIJACKED Everton's deal for Arnaut Danjuma with the Villarreal midfielder accepting Spurs' proposal.

Danjuma was all set to join the Toffees with the media and medical reportedly already done.

But the Nigerian is now on his way to London and will sign his contract at Spurs within the next 24 hours.

Elsewhere, Chelsea have reportedly launched a new Enzo Fernandez bid worth £88million plus players.

And England skipper Harry Kane is reportedly open to signing a new mega deal at Tottenham.

Kane is about to enter the final year of his deal in North London which has raised concerns over his future.

    Kane is about to enter the final year of his deal in North London, which has raised concerns over his future at his boyhood club.

    And Spurs' worrying form, which currently has them in serious danger of missing out on the top four, isn't likely to help their case for the striker to stay.

    But The Athletic claim that the 29-year-old will consider signing a contract extension if the "circumstances are right".

    Everton suffered another humiliation after Arnaut Danjuma was pinched out of their grasp by Tottenham, writes SunSport's Tom Barclay.

    The Toffees, who sacked Frank Lampard on Monday after eight defeats in nine, thought they had clinched the loan signing of the Dutchman from Villarreal.

    Danjuma, 25, had already undergone a medical with the Goodison Park outfit at the weekend.

    But with the paperwork yet to be signed off, Spurs snuck in at the 11th hour to steal the winger on a straight loan from under Everton’s noses.

    Danjuma travelled down to have his Tottenham medical on Tuesday and the deal until the of the season – which is understood NOT to include a buy option – is expected to go through

    According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Premier League trio are plotting a swoop at the Amex again.

    Marcelo Bielsa has reportedly ripped into Everton’s “slow” squad as he laid out his transfer demands to replace Frank Lampard.

    Bielsa, axed by Leeds 11 months ago after ending the club’s 16-year exile from the Prem, is open to the idea of a return to England.

    However, the Daily Mail has claimed that he has told the club’s board that that squad “is too slow to play the way he wants” and that if they want him to take over then “they must prioritise pace before the transfer window closes” this month.

    However the Toffees are seemingly closing in on a deal for Danjuma, who has fallen out of favour at Villarreal since Unai Emery left for Aston Villa.

    The Daily Mail believe the £34,000-a-week man has already completed his medical on Merseyside, and despite Lampard being hugely influential in convincing the forward to join, the deal will still go ahead despite his sacking.

    Crystal Palace are also in talks with VfB Stuttgart over a deal to sign Naouirou Ahamada, but asked about Danjuma as Patrick Vieira targets a winger to improve his squad.
