Dubois was born on January 11, 2001. She has been Youth Olympic champion, World Youth champion and four-times European Youth champion.
She goes by the nickname 'Sweet Caroline' and represented Team GB in the Tokyo Olympic Games, which was delayed for a year until 2021 due the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, where she just missed out on the bronze medal by a split decision loss to Sudaporn Seesondee from Thailand.
Her trainer Shane McGuigan has said he believes Dubois can become one of the biggest stars in the sport.

In an interview with Seconds Out , he said: "Honestly, I think she's going to be one of the best female fighters on the planet in the next 12 months. She's there now, in my opinion.
"She only spars men now. She doesn't spar any girls. We can't get any girls to come and do any rounds with her.
"She punches extremely hard. She's calm under pressure now, whereas a lot of time she used to panic. Not panic as in scared. The amateur system is hit and not get hit, do everything in your power not to even give one shot off."
McGuigan is not alone in his praise, as the BBC's boxing commentator Mike Costello once said: “I’m tempted to call Caroline Dubois the best female boxer I’ve ever seen.”

Caroline is one of eleven children fathered by Dave Dubois, a former Camden Market street trader.
She was raised by her father, a dedicated single parent.
