TOMMY CHARLTON is the younger brother of two of England's most famous World Cup heroes.
Sadly, Tommy is the last remaining Charlton brother following the deaths of his revered siblings.
Who is Tommy Charlton and who are his famous brothers?
Tommy Charlton is the baby brother of football stars Sir Bobby Charlton and Jack Charlton, and their sibling Gordon.
He is the youngest son of Robert "Bob" Charlton and Elizabeth Ellen "Cissie" Charlton.
Tommy didn't follow in Bobby and Jack's footsteps and play the sport professionally but in 2018 he did make his national footballing debut.
Tommy, then aged 72, was picked for the Over 60s England walking football side.

Tommy's older brother Bobby was a Manchester United legend who, after surviving the 1958 Munich air crash, went on to become one of the club's greatest-ever players.
Bobby won England's first and only World Cup in 1966 alongside Sir Bobby Moore, Martin Peters, and his brother Jack.

He was also United's all-time top goalscorer until 2017 when Wayne Rooney broke the record.
Bobby, whose dementia diagnosis was revealed in 2020, passed away in October 2023 after an accidental fall at a care home.
Tommy and Bobby's eldest sibling Jack was also a footballer but played for Bobby's team Man Utd's rivals Leeds United.
After retiring from playing he was manager for Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday and Newcastle, before moving to the Republic of Ireland where he stayed as manager for a decade.
Jack died in July 2020 after suffering from dementia and lymphoma.
Gordon, Tommy's other brother who, like him, didn't venture into football, had sadly also passed away.
In January 2023 Jack Charlton's s son John told the Daily Star Sunday that Gordon had died of the same causes as his father.
He said: "Gordon died about a month ago, of cancer, and he had dementia"
What has Tommy Charlton said about his brothers Bobby and Jack?
Following the death of Sir Bobby Charlton in 2023, Tommy released an emotional tribute to his "hero".
In the statement, the grandfather also spoke about Jack who had passed away three years previously.
Speaking to The Mirror, Tommy said: "Throughout my life, from being a little boy, I have never felt anything other than pride in both of Jack and Bob.
“Being the youngest, Jack was a big, towering guy, my big brother, I looked up to him growing up.
"And I respected Bob’s integrity and intelligence, you could talk to him about any subject".
Tommy continued: "I am a little bit annoyed that football took them away from me when we were young.
"From the age of ten, I would see them when they came home from their clubs, or we went to visit…Other families were growing up together.
"If ever there was a place reserved in heaven, it is for Bob.
"He is going to be up there, he was world famous, he was so loved.
“He and Jack were everybody’s heroes, they were idols to other people, but to me, they were my brothers".
Tommy concluded: "That is where my heart is, with my brothers."
Previously, after news of Bobby's dementia diagnosis was made public in 2020, Tommy gave an update as to how his sibling was doing.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "I spoke to Bob today, I phoned his wife to see how he was and she put him on.
"He's having a good day today, it was very rewarding [to hear], it was very good news.
"He has bad days and good days. He was almost in tears when we were talking, I'm afraid I was as well.
"He's always known [how much he is loved].
"Bob's the sort of fella that everyone loves, I've never heard anyone say anything nasty about him, or criticise him.
