BAKE Off: The Professionals sees top bakers put to the test and fans can't get enough of it.
As the show's second season get underway, we take a look at the contestants competing for the grand prize this year.
What time is Bake Off: The Professionals 2019 on TV?
Bake Off: The Professionals kicked on April 30 and airs every Tuesday evenings at 8pm on Channel 4.
The show runs for an hour and the season is expected to last for ten episodes, just like the first season.
The competition sees 12 professional baker pairs from across the UK battle it out head to head in a series of heat trails.
Each episode sees the experts challenged in two rounds, with the judges picking the best from lot based on their creativity and skill.
Who are the Bake Off: The Professionals 2019 contestants?
Here the professional pairs from Heat One…
Hannah and Martina
The pair are from the Chiltern Firehouse, the popular hotel in London.
Hannah, 22, is the head pastry chef while her employee Martina is studying food science at university as well as working in the hotel's pastry section.
Adam and Sam
The duo are from the Palé Hall Hotel, a five-star country house hotel in Wales.
Adam, 23, is the head pastry chef and Sam is the commis pastry chef. Sam is taking part in the show to inspire fellow deaf people.
Nelson and Evaldas
The pair are from the South Place Hotel in East London.
Nelson is a self-taught pastry chef while Evaldas works as a sous-chef under him. Evaldas previously came second in the Best Lithuania Chef competition.
Reshmi and Daisy
The duo are from Anges de Sucre in North-West London.
Reshmi is the owner and works with sculpting expert Daisy as they make and deliver handmade cakes for special occasions.
Richard and Bernadett
The pair are from Dreamworld Cakes Patisserie, award-winning wedding cake designers based in Newcastle.
The engaged couple met while working together in London but moved up North and started their own business.
Steven and Connor
The duo are from 1884 Wine and Tapas Bar in Hull.
Steven, 23, is the head pastry chef while Connor, 19, is currently in the process of opening his own cake business!
Here are the professional pair's from Heat Two…
Thibault and Erica
The duo are from Kimpton Fitzroy London.
The pair have worked together for three years and Thibault is described as a master of chocolate work, while Erica is all about the nailing the extra details.
Sarah and Leyre
The pair are from Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa in Surrey.
Sarah is the head pastry chef while Leyre now works at the South Lodge Hotel in Horsham.
Pauline and Robert
The pair are from Tigerlily in Scotland.
The boutique hotel is known for Asian-inspired dishes and Robert is the head chef, while Pauline is the head pastry chef.
Jake and Kevin
The pair are from the Four Season at Ten Trinity Square in London.
Jake is the head pastry chef and was raised in Paris before moving to London working for the private members club in the hotel.
Kevin works as an assistant to the executive chef in the main pastry kitchen.
Mark and Gaetano
The duo are from Honoré Patisserie in Isleworth.
Gaetano has worked for the business for over 17 years while Mark has been there for 14 years.
Sanjam and Exose
The duo are from The Courthouse Cheshire
Sanjam is the head pastry chef while Exose is a business owner, and the pair are the youngest contestants in the competition.

What is the prize for Bake Off: The Professionals winner?
As well as being crowned the creme de la creme in the competition, the winner are also awarded an engraved silver serving tray.
Last year's winners were Emmanuel and Sam from London Hilton Park Lane, who wowed the judges with their banquet display which featured a showpiece and four different desserts that combined chocolate and sugar spinning.
