BBC Breakfast host red-faced after wardrobe fail but say fans will ‘love it’

BBC Breakfast host Jon Kay was left embarrassed after a TV guest pointed out a wardrobe blunder.

On Tuesday (November 7), Jordan North and William Hanson joined hosts Jon and Sally Nugent on the show to promote their new book about etiquette. Though Jordan stitched his podcast co-host up by revealing he had noticed an issue with Jon's outfit.

To which William then confessed that he had noticed a problem with Jon's socks. Jordan said: "William noticed a bit of a faux pas with one of you this morning. Like as soon as we walked in and we saw you on the telly, he said 'Jon's socks are a bit loose'."
