FORMER Big Brother star Helen Adams looked almost unrecognisable as she stepped out in Bristol.

Two decades after she rose to fame on the second instalment on the iconic Channel 4 reality series, emerged from her quiet life away from the spotlight.


Helen attempted to appear low-key as she was dressed in an all-black casual ensemble.

She covered up in a baggy hoodie, black joggers and matching black trainers as she clasped her car keys.

The former Big Brother star appeared mostly fresh faced but she still sports her iconic blonde locks.

Helen first rose to prominence when she was a housemate in the second series of Big Brother in 2001.
