Coronation Street: Tim is attacked by Stephen
Coronation Street’s Ed Bailey (played by Michael Georges) recently began gambling again after going into business with his brother and being handed the company credit card.
For a while, Ed managed to push past his urges to gamble but since the revelations of a body being found at their first building site, Ed has used his addiction to its fullest extent.
However, official spoilers reveal that Ed is about to get his family in a whole heap of trouble, and that isn’t just financial problems.
In upcoming scenes, Ed succumbs to temptation and places Michael Bailey’s (Ryan Russell) £1000 on a horse, watching with tenterhooks and praying for a breakthrough.
When the horse wins, Ed punches the air in delight, happy with his day’s work and knowing he has still got a flare for the addiction.

When he arrives home, he stuffs the money in a bag that is in the hallway to hide it from Dee-Dee Bailey (Shannique Sterling-Brown).
As Michael leaves for work to try and get his job back, he grabs the bag unaware of what his father has stashed in there.
DS Swain (Vicky Myers) soon arrives at the factory to interview Micheal about the £250,000 cash Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce) stole from the Underworld account.
Michael answers all of DS Swain’s questions as best as he can without implicating himself, but as he opens his bag he finds a huge wad of cash.
