DAN Osborne has claimed he "felt provoked" before being arrested on suspicion of GBH.

A rep for the former Towie star – who is married to I'm A Celeb champ Jacqueline Jossa – said he is "confident he will clear his name".

Dan, who has appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, was held on suspicion of GBH after a party guest was left with a broken jaw.

The TV star also accused of actual bodily harm following a 3am brawl at her 30th birthday bash in Essex.

Dan's spokesman told The Sun: “What I can say is that Dan felt provoked during the incident and is confident that he will clear his name when the full details become clear.”

Jacqueline was left in tears when her 30th birthday party erupted into violence and her hubby Dan was led away in handcuffs.

The 2019 I’m A Celebrity winner had earlier posted about her “magical” bash online and shared a picture of herself in her party dress.
