The following article contains spoilers for Monday’s (September 18) EastEnders, which has NOT yet aired on TV, but can now be viewed on BBC iPlayer.
After the horrifying revelation that boyfriend Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) is a murderer, Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) has decided her best bet is to dump him and take some time away from Albert Square.
Chelsea paid mum Denise (Diane Parish) a visit following the dramatic events of last week which saw Denise uncover the footage of Ravi’s crime, and revealed that she had ended things with her troublesome boyfriend.
She also revealed that she needed to get away for a while in order to let the dust settle, and explained that she would be paying sister Libby a visit for a few days.
It was son Jordan that she was thinking of, revealing that she couldn’t take the risk of having Ravi around him, especially when he is so good at manipulating situations and twisting the truth.

As Chelsea apologised for not listening to Denise’s concerns sooner, she grew suspicious when her mum revealed that Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) was on her side.
Chelsea warned her that Suki had no reason to be loyal, and urged her to be careful, before saying a final goodbye and promising to see her in a few days time.
With her bags backed, Chelsea headed for the tube station, but her walk took her past Walford East, where Ravi was outside wiping tables.
He was quick to stop her, once again pleading his innocence and insisting that Denise was just out for revenge after their ill-fated affair earlier in the year.
However, Chelsea insisted that she was on Denise’s side and believed every word, before announcing that she wasn’t the only one.
This, of course, got Ravi’s guard up, and he was eager to know exactly who she was referring to.
However, Chelsea remained tight lipped before heading off on her trip, leaving Ravi to ponder who else was teaming up against him.
