The drama wasn't left on the Square for one Eastenders actor as Danny Hatchard, who played Lee Carter, was left furious after a row with bar bouncers.
The 32 year was so angry that he ended up banned after launching into a frenzied rant at a pub in Cheltenham. The actor, who played the son of Danny Dyer in the soap, was mad because the boozer refused him and his theatre co-stars entry after a show.
He then let rip about the incident to tell fans about his furious fall-out onto his Instagram Stories, and said: "@whittletaps can you please tell me why, after socialising in your establishment after every show @everymanchelt with the cast, I am now not allowed in?
"This employee has just attempted to embarrass me in front of the cast and a tonne of people who've just come to watch the show.
"Apparently, due to a confrontation with a very rude doorman at The Copa (across the road) last week where several of my cast and creatives were present and witnessed the whole thing… Apparently, (according to this guy) you're the same venue… If this is true can you please supply body cam footage of said confrontation just so we can all see how aggressive your door team are at The Copa…
"Then I'll be expecting an apology from this bloke for being incredibly childish and unprofessional."
Danny also posted an image of the pub employee to his 137k Instagram Stories followers.
OK! has contacted managing staff at Whittle Taps, Cheltenham for comment.
The star left Eastenders in 2017 and is now a part of the touring cast of The Full Monty 2023 tour, alongside Jake Quickenden, taking on the lead role as Gaz which was originally played by Robert Carlyle in the hit movie.
The movie version is also being remade again with filming underway.
The tour, which kicked off in Cheltenham, finished at the weekend but celebrations were halted after being left mad at the pub.
He's no stranger to theatre life despite being best known for his time on Albert Square, with roles in Eyes Closed Ears Covered – a part that saw him nominated for an Off West End Theatre Award, and a stellar role in Oliver Twist at Regent's Park Open Air Thetare.
Danny made no secret of being disappointed to leave Eastenders, finding out after just two years on the soap that he'd be leaving the year after.
He tackled strong and sensitive storylines during his time in Walford including clinical depression which led to his discharge from the Army, alcohol abuse and guilt after a pregnant Stacey Slater was electrocuted by a dodgy socket that he didn't fix.
In real life, the actor spoke openly in 2021 about his heartbreaking attempts to take his own life when he was just a 19 year old student.
