Emmerdale: Tracy kisses Caleb amid tense scenes
Mark Jordan, who played Daz Spencer in Emmerdale between 2014 and 2019, is making an ITV comeback four years after being sacked from the soap.
He was accused of assaulting a pensioner in a pub during his engagement celebrations to co-star Laura Norton in July 2018.
However, the jury found him not guilty of unlawful wounding and assault by beating after a seven-day trial.
Speaking about the ordeal on Good Morning Britain in 2019, the actor said he’d “gained an education” about who his real friends were after a “year of hell”.
The actor has not appeared on a TV show since his Emmerdale exit, according to The Mirror.

But he is due to appear in the ITV thriller, The Long Shadow which follows the harrowing story of serial killer Peter Sutcliffe.
Known as the Yorkshire Ripper, he murdered 13 women and attempted to kill seven others during his killing spree around the area. He was finally arrested in 1981.
Mark’s due to appear in the eight-part series as a character called Ray Wood, with the episode airing this month.
