Strictly Come Dancing star Graziano Di Prima and his partner Judi Love were eliminated from the BBC series during Halloween week. However, despite the pair’s exit, the professional dancer has teased chemistry with his new partner, who has teamed up with him for the Strictly Christmas special.
GRAZIANO DI PRIMA has teased “chemistry” with his new Strictly Come Dancing partner for the Christmas special following his and Judi Love’s exit from the BBC competition.
During an appearance on It Takes Two, Graziano spoke with host Janette Manrara about his new dance partner, Anne-Marie.
The singer also appeared on the BBC Two programme via video link.
“Give me three words to describe your partner,” Janette began.
The professional dancer replied: “So she’s a star, first of all, we’ve got chemistry and she can dance.”
“This is good,” Janette chipped in. “This is very exciting, are you ready?
“The next celebrity to join Strictly’s Christmas special is, Anne-Marie.”
“Hello Anne-Marie,” Janette continued as the singer popped up onto the screen. “Welcome to the show.
“On a scale of one to 10, how excited are you to take part?”
“I am about 15 million,” The Voice judge replied.
“You are such a huge star and you’re so incredible on stage,” the host praised. “Are you going to be bringing that to the Strictly dance floor?”
Anne-Marie continued: “I hope so. I mean, if it all goes wrong I’ll just whack out a song quickly.
“I am trying hard and I am learning so much.”
When asked about how training is going, Graziano explained: “I am really confident.
“She is working so hard and she has got the moves. She knows how to sell the steps, she knows how to turn.
“She is doing really well.”
Viewers were thrilled that Anne-Marie had been announced for the Christmas special, and many took to social media to share their thoughts.
Charlie penned: “Anne -Marie doing Xmas is the service we NEEDED this year, truly legendary.”
Niamh said: “Omg Anne Marie ! Can’t believe it amazing.” (sic)
While TV fan tweeted: “Anne-Marie is a HUGE signing. Cannot wait!”
