HOLLY Willoughby has opened up on "releasing negativity" and focussing on "new beginnings" after her former This Morning BFF Phillip Schofield's social media snub.
The Sun reported how Phillip, 61 – who was axed from ITV this spring – is now unfollowing his former presenting pal on Instagram ahead of her first National Television Awards without him.
Despite the U-Turn on their friendship, Holly, 42, still follows Phil on the social media site.
She has now turned her focus to "positivity" and posted a message centred on the upcoming season.
A newsletter emailed out to her lifestyle brand, Wylde Moon subscribers, came just hours before she fronted Tuesday's This Morning in a plunging denim dress.
Holly opened up on her post-summer state of mind following a seven-week break from the ITV show and wrote: "This week’s lunar phase is the Third Quarter Moon.

"It’s known as a good time to release negativity and any old habits that might be hindering you, which sounds very fitting for the new beginnings that come with the arrival of September.
"Let’s make every effort to shed anything that’s holding us back and move forwards with light, love and positivity."
Holly has come back to ITV's daytime schedule recharged following the turmoil that engulfed This Morning in the spring.

On Monday, The Sun exclusively revealed how ex show anchor Phil was soaking up the sunshine at the pub as the episode aired.
Holly also used her newsletter to gush over tonight's National Television Awards.
She wrote: "Having been lucky enough to have this summer break to focus on the children, it’s now lovely to be back on the sofa and there was certainly joy in abundance with Alison Hammond today!
"This wonderful lady has been nominated in the ‘Best Presenter’ category at [tonight's] NTA’s and there is still time to vote for her."
Holly was snubbed from the award nominations – yet Alison is up for a gong.
Fans voted for bubbly Alison as Best TV Presenter instead, leaving Holly off the shortlist for the second year running.
Yet despite Holly's well-wishes, Alison will be switched out from Wednesday's This Morning in an unexpected presenter shake-up.
