Holly Willoughby has already shown us that she isn’t the greatest fan of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’s notorious Bushtucker Trials.
During last week’s Dreaded Deliveries Bushtucker trial, in which Coronation Street actress Sair Khan and Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer were obliged to chow down on assorted mammal and insect oddments, Holly couldn’t bear to watch.
She covered her eyes with her hand, then decided even that wasn’t enough and hid in a bush behind co-host Declan Donnelly until the beastly business was over.
And when, towards the end of the task, Malique looked as if he might not be able to keep the terrible conception down and threatened to vomit, Holly said: "I can’t watch him be sick. Tell me when he’s done it. I’ve got a sweat on."

Now, in transpires, it’s not just the unpleasant sight of the Bushtucker trials that turns Holly’s stomach, it’s also the repellent smell.
But the This Morning host has discovered a dodge that helps her cope. She rubs a little peppermint oil on her skin to mask the whiff.
Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes dissected her methods on This Morning, where they joined Vicky Pattison to laugh at how Holly has been getting round the nasty odours coming from the campmates.
It’s similar to the (entirely fictional) dodge shown in the movie Silence Of The Lambs where FBI agent Clarice Starling uses a dab of Vicks to help her get through a particularly grisly autopsy.
Holly’s got all sorts of clever tricks involving essential oils.
Back in October of last year she told Red magazine about a budget pampering hack she learned from beauty guru Liz Earle:
‘“She came on This Morning and she made a milk bath for Mother’s Day…she got told that old-school dried milk powder (like your Nan used to bring on holiday to put in your tea) and dried rose petals covered in lots of rose and lavender essential oils, and mixed in with milk powder.
“Then you just take a scoop and put it in to make a milky bath – it’s so soft!”
