Amused viewers said they couldn't stop giggling after spotting the unfortunate way Dec's tight trousers had presented his package on live TV.
Towards the end of the second to last show of the series, Dec and Holly were stood on set telling fans it was their last chance to vote their favourite into the final.
Stood with his arms crossed and one leg slightly bent over the other, all eyes were on Dec's down below.
Some even described it as a male version of a camel toe.
