Benidorm star Bel Powley has tied the knot with Hollywood mega-actor Douglas Booth.
The actress, played Bianca Dyke on the iconic ITV show during its sixth series. Bel joined the cast alongside the Dyke family, including mum Tonya, played by fellow household name – Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham.
Away from TV though, Bel has recently gotten married to Douglas Booth. The pair were engaged for two years and are said to have been dating since 2016.

Douglas is also an actor who has appeared in the likes of Great Expectations and Riot Club. In 2012, he played Miley Cyrus’ love interest in the comedy-drama flick LOL.
The happy couple gave fans a peek at their special day and shared a slew of adorable snaps to social media. Beaming to the camera, Bel and Douglas looked totally smitten.
Bel oozed beauty in a floor-length white number, as well as a sexy mini dress for the party afterwards. Meanwhile Douglas opted for a simple and classic navy suit with a tie.
The newlyweds reportedly met while filming the period romance A Storm In The Stars in 2016. Bel previously said: “He was playing Percy Shelley and Elle Fanning was playing Mary; I played Claire Clairmont, Mary's stepsister. That's when we fell in love – ahhh!”
Speaking about dating an actor, she revealed: “Definitely. You just have to find the right one! If you work away a lot and your partner doesn’t, it can be hard…”
It comes after Benidorm creator Derren Litten teased that the show could return, five years since it was axed by ITV. The hit show debuted in 2007 and ran for 11 years – before it was dropped by the broadcaster in 2018.
Now, the mastermind behind the show Derren has teased its return. What’s more, he even has a ton of ideas for what the characters that he created would do next.

This month, fans of the show quizzed Derren on whether new episodes could be made. And it’s fair to say he sparked a reaction with his response.
Over on X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan asked: “Would be great to see new episodes… Derren Litten surely living in Benners you have plenty of stories you could pen.”
Derren himself said: “I don’t live in Benidorm but I live fairly close by.” He then teased: “I have more stories for another 74 episodes; if ITV wants them, they know where I am!”
