ITV viewers ‘work out’ Nigel Farage’s game plan after spotting clue during stomach-churning I’m A Celeb trial | The Sun

I’M A Celebrity viewers think they have worked out Nigel Farage’s game plan.

The controversial Brexit campaigner finished one of the foulest eating challenges in the show's history with no fuss and those watching at home are convinced he did it deliberately so he wasn’t voted again.

And his efforts paid off because the viewing public clearly found his lack of reactions so boring that they picked Nella – who is already known for her screaming – to take on the next trial.

Discussing Nigel’s apparent ploy to avoid the vote, one person remarked:  “Nigel played the trial well, give the British public no reaction so he doesn’t get voted again, plan worked perfectly.”

A second added: “Nigel’s game plan is 100% no reaction so he doesn’t get picked .. but believe me hun we’re as hungry for you to do trial as you were for Brexit.”

While a third commented: “Nigel was so boring during that trail, let’s vote someone else pls.”

Last night Nigel took part in the Jungle Pizzeria eating challenge  and he gamely tucked into a medley of members from sheep, bull, pig and crocodile to win stars for camp.

Host Ant McPartlin laughed: "Four penises on one slice. You really get value for money in this restaurant. Have you eaten penis before?"

Nigel, 59, replied: "Not regularly, no. This would not be top of the list."

Steeling himself to scoff the other slices dubbed "Pepper Groaney", a "Veggie Scarian" and a "Quattro For-gag-io" alongside YouTuber Nella Rose, Nigel added: "Good God, is this what it's come to?"

The ex-Ukip chief's place at the table proved his theory that viewers would enact revenge for Brexit by lining him up for trials after shamed MP Matt Hancock was selected for several last year.

Before joining camp, Nigel told The Sun: "Given millions hate me, I do expect people will vote for me to do trials."

But it was revealed at the end of the episode that the public had decided they just wanted to watch Nella take part in the next trial – No Time to Cry.
