JACQUELINE Jossa has posted a cryptic quote as she battles back from mystery illness saying she’s a “candle in the dark”.
The former Eastenders star, 27, took to her Instagram stories to share two cryptic motivational quotes.
The I’m a Celeb champion shared the quote: “Don't feel bad if people only remember you when they need you.
'Feel privileged that you are like a candle that comes to their mind when they are in the dark.”
The In The Style ambassador went on to share another message from American self-help author and a motivational speaker Wayne Dyer, which read: “Remind yourself that you cannot fail at being yourself.”
Jac’s inspirational messages comes just days after she revealed to her fans that she's been struck down with a mystery illness and had spent the day resting up in bed.
She took to Instagram on Thursday morning to reassure her 2.9 million followers that she wasn't suffering from coronavirus but was feeling pretty rough.
Wearing a pair of pink Barbie pyjamas and no make-up, the former EastEnders star said: "Hi guys, hope you’re all well. I had a brilliant day yesterday, but last night I’ve come over unwell.
"Not corona, sick. So I’m just in bed trying to recover," she added, before letting her fans know about In The Style's current sale.
"But I wanted to also let you guys know, because I don’t want you to miss out because this is massive, In The Style are doing 48% off of everything for 48 hours.
"So you’ve not got loads and loads of time, but my whole collection is in there. There’s some lovely bits from other people’s collections as well. It’s a serious bargain!" she added.
Jac and her former Towie star husband Dan Osborne recently returned from a family holiday in Greece.
Despite their past issues, they looked happier than ever after Jacqueline insisted she just "needed time" and moved out the family home when they had a brief split in lockdown.
The loved-up couple shared a series of snaps of them enjoying a relaxing stay in the sun with their kids, five-year-old Ella and Mia, two, as well as his first son Teddy who he shares with ex Megan Tomlin.
After getting her marriage back on track, Jacqueline has recently embraced a healthy lifestyle.
Last month, Jacqueline revealed that she had embarked on a new diet and exercise regime.
The former soap star vowed to start exercising – not to get "skinny", just to feel better in herself.
Jacqueline also insisted that she had also decided to up her exercise in order to boost her brain power.
At the time she admitted that the overhaul was taking its toll and she was "hungry" and "aching" as she adjusted to her new routine.
