I’m A Celeb: Jamie Lynn Spears recalls ’embarrassing’ Britney story
Jamie Lynn Spears was one of the most surprising additions to the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here lineup for series 23, leaving many fans confused in the first few episodes as she skirted around the topic of her famous sister Britney Spears.
However, the 32-year-old’s time in the jungle could be limited as body language expert Darren Stanton shared, on behalf of Betfair Bingo, that she “could potentially quit”.
He claimed the former Disney star is displaying signs of “genuine upset” as she’s too far from her comfort zone and doesn’t believe she will “last on the show much longer”.
The pop star has shed some tears on camera during her six days in the Australian jungle, but the body language expert claimed it may have just been an attempt at getting some “reassurance and attention from her campmates”.
He added: “When she’s feeling a little weak, I definitely think she can turn the water works on when she wants to.”
Ultimately, Darren believes Jamie will be the most likely to quit because she “won’t be able to take it anymore” out of all of the campmates currently roughing it out in the jungle.
Still in the camp are This Morning presenter Josie Gibson and former politician Nigel Farage, who are “emerging as the parent figures” of the group.
The body language expert pointed out that Josie has been “running to Jamie Lynn’s aid” throughout the last week while the British public have been “seeing a different side to Nigel”.
Other experts have highlighted that, as the first public vote for elimination edges closer, Jamie Lynn could be tempted to drop out if she isn’t voted off.

Behaviour expert Nicole Greenfield-Smith told the Daily Star that the Zoey 102 actress is “at a distinct disadvantage” because of her unfamiliarity with those around her.
She explained: “Belonging is a fundamental human need and right now, she doesn’t have many of the same shared experiences or reference points that the rest of the campmates have.”
Nicole claimed the only way Jamie Lynn could hold up in the competition is if her campmates “rally around her to integrate her quickly”.
However, many fans believe YouTuber Nella Rose could be the first to exit the ITV show after tensions rose in the camp between her and Fred Sirieix while she continues to struggle with the challenges.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues weekdays on ITV from 9pm.
