Linda Robson has confirmed her future on Loose Women and when she'll be returning following her split from husband Mark Dunford.
The Loose Women presenter, 65, who recently announced that she had split from her husband after 33 years of marriage, was spotted out following the news. On Thursday, 23 November Linda attended the premiere of Elf The Musical at London's Dominion Theatre with her two grandchildren Lila and Betsy.
While attending the star-studded event, which features Emmerdale's Matthew Wolfenden who plays the lead role of Buddy in the musical, Linda confirmed when she'll be returning to Loose Women.
Speaking to The Sun she announced that she'll be back on the ITV daytime show "next week" following her holiday with close pal Lesley Joseph.
She said: "I’ve been on a cruise, I’ve had a wonderful time. I have missed them the Loose Women girls."
Linda went on to reveal her Christmas and New Year plans to the publisher by saying: "We’ll go to my daughter’s this year. They always come to me so, there will be pressure!"
Talking about New Year's resolution, she added: "It's always go on a diet, but I'm not doing that this time! It's to go on as many holidays as I can."
Linda opened up about her split from her husband Mark during an interview with Woman Magazine. She explained: "He's a really good dad and we had some good years, but enough is enough.
"I've got my family and my kids around me. And I'm going on a cruise with Lesley Joseph in November. I'm keeping busy. I feel fine. I'm just going away on trips all the time."
Linda and Mark married in 1990 and are parents to Louis, 31, and Roberta, 27. The TV star, who is also mum to daughter Lauren, 40, with ex Tony Tyler, went on to add: "I'm not interested [in dating] honestly. I can't be a***d with all that.'
Prior to her official confirmation, Linda had dropped a number of hints that her marriage to Mark was over, during her appearances on Loose Women, where she is a panelist. In October, she admitted "things haven't been right" in her relationship for a "long time".
The panel, including anchor Kaye Adams, Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore, were discussing Hollywood star Jada Pinkett-Smith's shock announcement that she and husband Will Smith have been separated since 2016 and are living apart. Giving her opinion, Linda appeared to allude to her own relationship with Mark, as she said: "If something's not right in a relationship then I find it very hard to disguise it."
Speaking directly about her marriage to Mark, Linda said: "And things haven't been right in my relationship for quite a long time so erm, I've been very honest about it."
