Love Island’s Maura Higgins reunites with co-stars as they tuck into feast at celeb hangout Sheesh – The Sun

LOVE Island's Maura Higgins reunited with co-stars for dinner tonight at celeb hangout Sheesh in Essex.

The reality star filmed the mighty feast with Michael Griffiths and Jordan Hames as they tucked into boxes of chicken, rice, bread and spicy sauces.

Chris Taylor and Danny Williams joined the pair and the group admired their takeaway lunch on Instagram after spending months self isolating in lockdown.

But their Love Island flings were nowhere in sight.

The most notably missing were Love Island winner Amber Gill, whose heart was broken by Michael in the Majorcca villa, and Curtis Pritchard who split from Maura earlier this year.

The pair dated for eight months after meeting on last summer’s series, but split in March after blazing rows and public bust-ups. There were also accusations of cheating.

Speaking about the break-up previously, Curtis said: “It hurt. I wasn’t ready for everyone to know we had split up — I wanted some time.

“It was a shock to see that she had announced it on social media hours later.”

Curtis is now content to remain single for the time being — and insists you will not find him on a dating app any time soon.

He added: “I’m very old-fashioned. I don’t actually like talking to people over a mobile phone or laptop. I’m a very sociable person. I like to be with somebody and talk to them.”

When asked if he had signed up for dating apps such as Tinder, Curtis said: “No.”

His older brother, who has been with girlfriend Abbie Quinnen, a fellow dancer, for two years, added to The Sun: “He’s too lazy for that, honestly.”

Maura has also remained single after she denied falling for her Dancing On Ice partner Alex Demetriou.

The Love Island star has been focusing on her fitness and posed in a grey top and a red, lacy thong last night.

Sharing the snap to her Instagram Stories, Maura wrote: "20 mins abs before bed. They are burning."

Maura recently revealed she's been working hard on sculpting her figure with seven weeks of training since the start of lockdown.

Filming her body in a mirror at home, Maura showed off her visible abs and toned thighs, telling fans: "Going into week 7. Hard work is paying off!!"

Last month, Maura became the latest reality star millionaire after securing a mega money deal with Ann Summers.

The Sun revealed the former grid girl bagged £500,000 from both clothing brand Boohoo and lingerie giant Ann Summers, where she is the face of their new swimwear range.

Plus she pocketed £250k from tan company Bellamianta and another £150k for her appearance on ITV series Dancing on Ice earlier this year.
