LOVE Island’s Ouzy See has broken his silence after splitting from Kady McDermott, claiming he was "set up".
Earlier this month, 27-year-old Kady revealed the couple – who saw sparks fly in the Mallorca villa – had parted ways.
While Ouzy, 28, said at the time that it was his "actions" that scuppered their romance, he's now changed his tune.
The Scottish footballer had found himself embroiled in a cheating row after meeting with a stunning influencer named Alicia.
He's now insisted nothing sexual happened between the pair, but told MailOnline he can "understand" why Kady was upset.
Ouzy began, "The girl set me up, she came to the hotel and I had never done anything with her.

He said of Kady, "We weren't exclusive at the time and we hadn't even had our first date. Things were going in the right direction and going well but when we came out of the villa, things were so different."
He continued of Alicia, "We'd met like three times as friends, but she messaged me when I was out and about in London.
"There was no romantic connection though. This girl's friends were all posting about it on Twitter and it was muggy and it looked bad on Kady's side. But I never had a romantic connection with her. It is what it is and I'm happy now."
Just weeks ago, Kady shared a damning statement on social media revealing the break-up.

From her own Instagram page she wrote: "Sadly late last night Ouzy's actions and behaviour from July 30 were brought to my attention.
"Ouzy is one of the loveliest people I have met and I know he is remorseful but unfortunately actions have consequences and although we are not 'official' in our relationship status I am definitely not prepared to start a relationship off on this foot."
Kady added: "I wish him nothing but happiness and success in his life."
Ouzy soon took to his Instagram Stories to shoulder the responsibility in a candid post.
He wrote: "Just wanted to say what happened with me and Kady had NOTHING to do with her or any false rumours that have been flying about, it's because of my actions that things have ended not Kady's and I have apologised to her already, she's an amazing girl with an amazing family and doesn't deserve any of the negative messages she has received this morning!"
Kady also addressed continued speculation that she had a "secret boyfriend" during her time in the villa after Mitchel Taylor savagely hit back at her branding him and Ella Barnes "fake".
