Now that Twitter has spent the past few days comparing notes about how Madison Prewett gave Peter Weber an ultimatum and told him she was waiting until marriage to have sex, it’s time for her dad, Chad, to defend her. (It’s been a minute since hometowns, so to jog your memory, Chad is the dad with the Bieber-lite swoop who said “she’s so pure” when Peter told him that he loves Madison.)
In response to the many critiques of how Madison went on the show, knowing there was a chance Peter would be intimate with other women, Chad sent out a simple defense for the Twittersphere to digest. He wrote, “America got to see tonight what I get to see every day.” Vague, but effective.
And don’t get it twisted: This isn’t a case of parents posting embarrassing things on social media without the approval of their kids because Madison tweeted “I love you dad” in response.
