NCIS season 19 has been unlike any other as it saw the exit of Agent Leroy Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon). Despite fans missing the veteran agent, the show must go on with the team investigating new cases each week. Express.co.uk has everything you need to know about watching the latest episode of NCIS on CBS.

WARNING: This article contains spoilers from NCIS.

NCIS season 19 returned for the first time this year on Monday, January 3, on CBS.

The episode called Pledge of Allegiance saw the agents take a closer look at Navy Chief Warrant Officer Rafi Nazar (Artur Zai Benson) who was accused of being a traitor.

But by the end of the episode, it is discovered that his fiancée Kay (Amanda Schull) was behind it the whole time, trying to stitch up Rafi so she could get away with her plans.

As another case was wrapped up, episode 10 had an emotional ending fans weren’t expecting.

Both Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) and Chief Medical Examiner Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) received mystery $10,000 deposits into their bank accounts.

Shortly after, Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) called them into his office to explain the money had come from Gibbs.

He didn’t close his daughter’s college account following her death and carried on adding money into it but instead gives it to some of his fellow agents with children.

Gibbs did the same for Vance when his kids were the ages that McGee and Jimmy’s are now so while he may no longer be in the show, he hasn’t forgotten his team.

When does NCIS season 19 episode 11 air?

A new episode of NCIS is supposed to be airing this evening, Monday, January 10, on CBS.

However, there has been a schedule shake-up so fans won’t be watching episode 11.

This is likely because of the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship airing on ESPN.

CBS may have decided to hold NCIS so fans won’t have to choose between watching the live game and the next episode.
