Radical misogynist Eric exposed in Hollyoaks as Mason finds his online posts?

Eric Foster’s (Angus Castle-Doughty) disturbing behaviour is seemingly set to be exposed in Hollyoaks, as Mason Chen-Williams (Frank Kaur) makes an unsettling discovery.

Eric, as viewers know, has exhibited some extremely concerning behaviour since rocking up in the eponymous village earlier this year.

Matters became somewhat more complicated when he took to a secret online male forum, where he vented his unsettling thoughts.

The newcomer showed viewers exactly what he’s capable of when he manipulated Charlie Dean (Charlie Behan) into causing chaos, after he bullied young girls online, with his actions resulting in Vicky (Anya Lawrence) getting suspended.

Charlie, however, soon realised the error of his ways, and thus apologised for the hurt he’d caused, putting things right so that Vicky was reinstated.

The teen subsequently lashed out at Eric for claiming that women are always the problem, as he started to realise the newcomer was having a bad influence on him.

With Charlie no longer susceptible to his manipulation, Eric turned his attention elsewhere, focusing on Mason, who was vulnerable at the time after receiving a telling off for not getting involved in supporting the girls’ protest.

Mason, as viewers are aware, has a crush on Ella Richardson (Erin Palmer), and next week, he gears up to ask her out. Things, however, don’t exactly go as planned, and Ella ends up swooning over the wrong guy!

Mason is subsequently given some lessons in love, but he’s in for quite the shock as he stumbles upon Eric’s posts.

Will he expose Eric for the radical misogynist that he is?
