STRICTLY Come Dancing fans think they've worked out the "real reason" judges are giving one star an "easy ride".
Sunday night's Strictly results show saw Eddie Kadi and professional partner Karen Hauer eliminated.
But many viewers took to social media to insist Waterloo Road actor Adam Thomas should not have made it through after he and Luba Mushtuk performed their Couple's Choice to a Backstreet Boys medley.
One wrote: "Why Adam got through after that dance is beyond me."
Adam was recently struck down with a cold and was even banned from rehearsals over fears he'd infect the entire cast.
This caused fans to insist judges took it easy on Adam and Luba.

Another said: "I thought Adam would be in the bottom tbh but he was overmarked and got a 9 from Anton so I’m not surprised. I like him and Lina but I didn’t think that dance was good at all. Idk how Anton said it was his best dance?!"
And a third added: "Adam should have been in the #dance off. Very sloppy moves and hesitation."
Before this year's series of Strictly launched Adam was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, which has been causing "a lot of pain" in his limbs and joints.
He told fans on social media back in August: "I’ve been in a lot of pain since January, it started with my knees and then travelled to my wrists, fingers and now ankles and toes.
