Teen Mom Chelsea Houska ripped for 'overpriced' studded tumbler as fans find 'cheaper' alternative

FORMER Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska is being slammed for pushing another item online labeled as overpriced by fans.

The reality star has faced similar critique in the past over items on her website.

Over the weekend, Chelsea's brand Aubree Says posted a photo promoting new studded tumblers on Instagram.

The caption reads in part: "We see you & heard you! We are so excited to introduce our three new color Studded Tumbler!"

On the Aubree Says website, the cups are $27 each – too steep a price, according to fans.

Many slammed her in the comments on the Instagram post, while others noted a better price.

The mom of four faced similar backlash on Reddit.

The original poster shared a side-by-side of the cups Chelsea posted and a similar one at Five Below.

The latter of the two retails for only $5.

Users held nothing back when bashing the TV star.

"Chelsea's a rip off artist Anyone who buys off her is an idiot, in my opinion," one critic wrote.

Someone else commented: "Aubree Says $30 is a great price to pay for a f**king cup."

A thirduser wrote: "Don’t get me wrong I love me some Chelsea… but this is insane. I got one that looks EXACTLY like the ones pictured at Walmart for like 6 bucks. This is way overpriced."

This is far from the first time such drama surrounding Chelsea has surfaced online.

In October 2021, the former MTV star was bashed over a cattle skull for sale on Aubree Says, which fans found similarly overpriced.

The drama began when fans noticed Chelsea promoting a cattle skull on her Aubree Says website.

Alongside a photo of the ex Teen Mom 2 star holding the skull, a description read: "It’s official: I’m OBSESSED with my new patterned bull head. It’s the perfect hanging or tabletop decoration to make your space feel rustic, artsy, and unique.

"Hang it on your family room wall or place it on your office bookshelf. It's anywhere you want to bring those farmhouse chic vibes that I’m obsessed with. I’m hoping it will share a little piece of my South Dakota farm home energy with yours."

Fans were quick to flock to Reddit to react, where one person harshly critiqued: "…t his is the most ridiculous overpriced garbage EVER!!!!"

Another wrote: "I live in the desert, we have cattle skulls everywhere. I'll bedazzle one for $10, no need to spend $79.

"Holy hell that's ridiculous she thinks people will pay this."

Some even focused on the item's description, as a fan chimed in: "Terrible product aside… she cant spare a few bucks for someone else to write these blurbs? She's absolutely terrible at it…"

Before that, she was critiqued online after fans found she was charging $31 for a baby onesie.

"Great, now I have to adjust the goal on my GoFundMe to be able to afford a onesie," a user joked at the time.

She was also ripped for attempting to sell a banner that read "sweatpants" for a whopping $49.

In addition to home items, the HGTV star has faced backlash for promoting "cheap quality" clothing, especially after posing in a coat with hole in it.
